The Founder

A Focused Legal Vision

Soteris Flourentzos is the Founder and Managing Director of Soteris Flourentzos & Associates LLC.

With more than 20 years of broad corporate and financial law experience, Soteris has advised and represented major multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, entrepreneurs and family offices in contentious and non-contentious matters of significant scale and complexity.

Before establishing his own law firm, Soteris gained extensive experience through nearly nine years at two prominent Cyprus law firms and three years at a leading corporate services provider. During this period, he worked on high-level corporate and financial law matters, developing a strong understanding of complex business structures, transactions, disputes and international client needs.

Before executing his vision of building a law firm with a focused and innovative business model, Soteris was a partner at Soteris Pittas & Co.

Soteris founded Soteris Flourentzos & Associates LLC with a clear purpose: to create a boutique law firm designed around the needs of equity firms, entrepreneurs and family offices.

His approach combines technical legal knowledge with commercial awareness, direct involvement and practical judgement. Rather than operating through unnecessary layers, the firm is built around close client contact, responsiveness and efficient execution.

Every matter benefits from Soteris’ personal attention and strategic oversight, reflecting the firm’s commitment to focused, high-quality legal work.
